Alex Stelmakh

Alex learned this trade working for an HVAC company in Washington. He was good at it and he was not being paid what the work was worth, so in 2023 he left and started Ready Energy Solutions.

He still goes out on jobs. He still prices the work himself. He tells customers when a repair is the cheaper answer, because a system he talks you out of replacing today is a customer who calls him again in five years.

Ready Energy Solutions is licensed, bonded and insured in Washington, certified by American Standard, and a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor.

What you get from us every time

Four things that do not change, whoever we send.

You get the price before we start

The estimate is free and it is a real number, not a range we widen later. Nothing gets installed until you have seen it and said yes.

We tell you when a repair is the cheaper answer

If your system can be fixed, we will fix it and say so. If it is old enough that a repair is money you will lose, we give you both numbers and let you compare them.

You talk to the owner

Alex answers the phone. If you call at night or on a weekend and it is an emergency, somebody picks up.

We only install what we are trained on

American Standard and Mitsubishi. Our technicians sit a manufacturer training every two weeks, and one of them holds a NATE certification.

We have completed four different projects with Ready Energy Solutions, and Alex and his team have been great to work with every time.<br><br>At our home, they installed a large Mitsubishi with a ducted unit and two ceiling cassettes. They also ran new ductwork, made sure everything was functioning properly, and adjusted an existing system by relocating units and completing some custom work. The system they recommended is working great, and we have been very happy with the results.<br><br>At our rental home, they installed an American Standard ducted system with a gas furnace and heat pump for air conditioning. That system has also worked very well.<br><br>Most recently, they installed a Heat & Glo fireplace insert, including the gas line, chimney work, and chimney cap. The finished project turned out great, and we love the new fireplace.<br><br>Alex and his team are knowledgeable, reliable, flexible, and easy to work with. They have handled several complex projects for us, and the results have consistently been excellent. I highly recommend Ready Energy Solutions.
